My last week of the 10 week Challenge and
boy am I glad I did it! Having this group motivated
me to exercise more, eat cleaner ( with muscle fuel
of course) and just being happier and in charge of
my general health and well being! It’s even better
when the pair of jeans that would cut me in half
after a hour of wearing them now allow me to eat
dinner and go dancing afterwards for a whole night.
Thanks everyone and Especially Sean and the gang
at Muscle Fuel. I’m definitely continuing this in the
new year! Good luck to the people starting or in
your first few weeks... you will have no regrets!
